Erin is the International Sales Manager at AMI, overseeing all aspects of customer sales in foreign markets, sales forecasting, budgets and sales operations. Her focus is on fostering and growing AMI’s customers’ sales and global distribution, driving new business and providing leadership to the sales team.
Previous to her role at AMI, Erin worked as Sales Director for Flowers Foods. Flowers Foods is a publicly-traded (FLO) producer and marketer of packed bakery food, operating 47 bakeries producing bread, buns, rolls, snack cakes, pastries, and tortillas. At Flowers Foods, Erin managed a team of Independent Sales Distributors. She was responsible for sales budget achievement, promotional activity and increasing distribution for a multi-million dollar territory.
Erin began her career as an expatriate in Merida, Mexico, where she managed the international sales division for an artisan stone company, managing all international sales, marketing and exportation for the company. While working there she renegotiated contracts and increased sales by 15%. After moving back to the United States she worked for Schwan’s Food Company, a multibillion-dollar private company with more than 7,500 employees which produces and sells frozen foods in retail and food-service sales channels. Erin managed sales and distribution of a large range of frozen food products in the Northern and Eastern United States. During her tenure at Schwan’s, she reorganized the territories to maximize profits while raising standards of service for customers.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Erin has lived in multiple countries, and has now settled in Tucson, Arizona. She holds a Masters of Global Management from Thunderbird, and also Arizona State University. Outside of work Erin has a passion for soccer, where you can find her on the field refereeing semi-professional soccer games or mentoring new referees.
