Kim Silva is the International Sales Manager of Athena Marketing International. Her focus is driving new business and leading the sales team.
Kim has been in the Consumer Goods industry for over 13 years both, working directly for HBC manufacturers and as an international broker. Her unique experience makes her an asset to the AMI team in anticipating customer needs and delivering sales results.
Over the course of her career, Kim’s responsibilities have included business development, account management and overseeing the international sales, marketing, and health registration efforts for numerous North American and European companies. In her last role, she managed the global business of more than 10 manufacturers in the HBC space and was responsible for a multi-million dollar book of business. One of her most recent brand launches was featured on TV and radio with a national product roll-out in the #1 pharmacy chain in the Chilean market quickly becoming the #2 brand in the category. Kim’s results-driven nature and strategic thinking have led her to develop and nurture partnerships with global distributors and leading retail chains in LATAM, the Caribbean and APAC regions.
Kim, a Jersey native, now resides in Tampa with her husband, Leo, and young daughter, Emma. When she’s not closing deals you can find her singing at the local karaoke bar, scoping out new restaurants or burning calories outdoors with her favorite circuit training workouts.
