Carolina Gaviria is a Sales Development Representative at AMI with a focus on new business development and customer relationship management. She is an experienced international sales professional with over 7 years of success helping consumer goods companies expand their business into global markets.  She holds a master’s degree in international business, further strengthening her global perspective and professional expertise.

 

Her career includes 5 years as a Key Account Manager at Integrated Consulting for Business (ICB), a consulting firm dedicated to the internationalization of companies, where she supported businesses in developing and executing global expansion.  She also worked at ArchGroup as a Business Consultant, leading organizations in the process of globalizing their services and entering new foreign markets.

She brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and business development, making her a key contributor to any team focused on international growth.

 

Her work has focused specifically on the food industry, where she has supported global expansion strategies, led international sales initiatives, and helped launch food products into new countries. Carolina is known for her strategic mindset, adaptability, and passion for driving revenue growth through international channels.

 

Carolina is originally from Colombia.  Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and exploring different cultures around the world.
