Natalia joined AMI in 2020 and currently serves as Global Sales Manager. She leads international expansion efforts for food and beverage brands, with a focus on better-for-you snacks and the Foodservice sector. Natalia plays a key role in business development, international partner onboarding, and driving sales growth across global retail and Foodservice channels.

Before joining AMI, Natalia spent over three years at PACCAR, a Fortune 500 company, where she supported sales teams across Latin America and helped drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. She also worked as a consultant on Microsoft’s International Sales Excellence team, where she developed strategies to improve global sales performance and customer engagement, serving as the Latin America GEO lead and translation SME.

Natalia holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a global mindset to her work.

Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, Natalia volunteers with nonprofit organizations that align with her values. Now based in San Diego, she enjoys salsa dancing, cooking, live music, camping, and spending time in nature.
